Bolder Bloody Mary
TODDI SMALL BATCH VODKA
1½ oz. Toddi Small Batch Vodka
½ cup tomato juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3 dashes hot sauce
6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch each salt + pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
dollop of horseradish
coarse ground salt + pepper or spicy seasoned salt
1 celery stick
various garnishes
Rub lemon wedge on rim of glass, dip in coarse ground salt, pepper or seasoned salt and fill with ice. In a cocktail shaker add Toddi Small Batch Vodka, tomato and lemon juices, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt + pepper, celery salt, bouillon powder and horseradish. Shake vigorously. Pour in glass, add celery stick and desired garnishes.
Toddi Iced Tea Pitcher
TODDI SMALL BATCH VODKA
½ cup Toddi Small Batch Vodka
4 cups lemonade
½ cup strong brewed black tea
lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Fill a small pitcher with ice, pour Toddi Small Batch Vodka, lemonade and tea over ice and stir well. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh mint sprig.
Bleu Cheese-Stuffed Olive Martini
TODDI SMALL BATCH VODKA
3 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka
2-3 large green olives, pitted
1 tsp. good-quality bleu cheese, such as Roquefort
1 tsp. dry vermouth
Stuff the olives with the blue cheese. Add the vermouth to a martini glass and swirl to coat the glass. Freeze the glass until chilled, about 10 minutes. When ready to serve, add Toddi Small Batch Vodka to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain the contents into the prepared martini glass and garnish with the olives.
Toddi’s Quick PSL
TODDI SMALL BATCH VODKA
1 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka
1 packet instant pumpkin spiced latte mix (of your choice)
whipped cream (canned or homemade)
In a mug of your choice, follow instructions on packet of PSL mix. Add to your mug 1 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka and stir. Add a small amount of whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and add garnish of choice.
Toddi Gimlet
TODDI LEMON LIME VODKA
2 oz Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka
½ oz lime juice
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake well and strain into desired glass. Garnish with a lime or lemon wheel.
Bikini-tini
TODDI LEMON LIME VODKA
3 oz Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka
4 oz coconut rum
4 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes grenadine
maraschino cherries
lemon twist
Combine the Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka, coconut rum and pineapple juice in a drink shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake firmly. Pour in a martini glass or a similar delicate glass, sink the grenadine with a spoon. The grenadine will sit at the bottom of the glass. Garnish with cherries and/or a lemon twist.
Sparkling Cucumber Gimlet
TODDI LEMON LIME VODKA
2 oz Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka
3 cucumber slices (sliced very thin)
3 oz sparkling water or soda
fresh lime or lemon
fresh mint sprigs or a pinch of dill weed (optional)
Fill a rocks glass half full with ice. Place three cucumber slices between the ice and the glass. Add Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka and top with sparkling water or soda. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and mint leaves or sprigs of dill weed.
White Russian
TODDI VANILLA CREAM VODKA
1 oz Toddi Vanilla Cream Vodka
½ oz coffee liqueur
heavy cream, to fill
Pour Toddi Vanilla Cream Vodka and coffee liqueur over ice and stir. Top with heavy cream and garnish with a rosemary sprig or cinnamon stick.

Grown Up Butter Beer
TODDI VANILLA CREAM VODKA
1 oz Toddi Vanilla Cream Vodka
6 oz cream soda
1 oz butterscotch schnapps
1/4 teaspoon butter extract
TOPPING
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff
½ oz amaretto
In a tall, chilled beer mug or glass, combine the Toddi Vanilla Cream Vodka,cream soda, butterscotch schnapps and the butter extract. Mix well. In a large bowl add the whipping cream and, with a mixer, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add the marshmallow fluff and amaretto. Continue beating the mixture until hard peaks form, then place a dollop of the cream mixture on top the butter beer.
Orange Creamsicle Mimosa
TODDI VANILLA CREAM VODKA
1 oz Toddi Vanilla Cream Vodka
1/4 cup pulp-free orange juice
1 tbsp. heavy cream
½ cup champagne
In a champagne flute or your favorite small cocktail glass, combine Toddi Vanilla Cream Vodka, orange juice and heavy cream. Mix. Slowly add champagne to the top of the glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.
Cacao Mint
TODDI MINT VODKA
2 oz Toddi Mint Vodka
2 oz creme de cacao
milk of choice
Pour Toddi Mint Vodka, crème de cacao and milk over ice and stir. Garnish with mint sprig.
Toddi Mint Julep
TODDI MINT VODKA
1 oz Toddi Mint Vodka
1.5 oz high quality bourbon
1.5 oz teaspoons simple syrup
splash of sparkling water
mint leaves for garnish
Pour Toddi Mint Vodka, bourbon, simple syrup and sparkling water over ice and lightly stir. Garnish with mint sprig.
Strawberry Mint Mojito
TODDI MINT VODKA
2 oz Toddi Mint Vodka
5 medium strawberries, plus 1 for garnish
8 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
1½ oz simple syrup
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
splash of club soda
lime slices, for garnish
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberry and mint leaves together. Add ice to the shaker, along with Toddi Mint Vodka, simple syrup and lime juice and shake until well blended. Pour cocktail into an ice-filled glass and top with club soda. Garnish with strawberry and mint leaves.
Watermelon Vodka Fizz
TODDI MINT VODKA
1½ oz Toddi Mint Vodka
2 oz fresh pureed watermelon
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz club soda
Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka, pureed watermelon and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain mixture over ice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and/or a sprig of mint.
