Time:
15 minutes
Serves:
2
Ingredients:
4 oz Toddi Vanilla Cream Vodka
¼ c pumpkin puree
3 T maple syrup+extra for garnish
¼ c heavy cream
¼ t pumpkin pie spice for cocktail
2 t pumpkin pie spice+1 T brown sugar, mixed well in a wide bowl
whipped cream
Directions
You’ll want frozen martini glasses for this, so, stick them in the freezer at least a few hours prior to making this martini. Take the frozen glasses and dip into maple syrup poured onto a small plate or shallow bowl, then dip and roll the rim in the pumpkin-spiced brown sugar. Return glasses to freezer. In a cocktail shaker add ice and remaining ingredients. Cover and shake briskly for 20-30 seconds. Grab your festively rimmed frozen glasses and strain mixture evenly in the two glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, put on your fuzzy socks and sit by the fire!
