TODDI SMALL BATCH VODKA
When you start hearing “pumpkin pie spice,” you’re either excited or you roll your eyes. Either way, that means it’s a great time for a Toddi. This lil’ punkin’ is fast and easy and full of fall tastiness. Drink up, y’all!
3 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka
3 oz pumpkin spice creamer
1.5 oz Kahlua
whipped cream or marshmallows and pumpkin pie spice for garnish
For the glass rim:
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. coarse sugar
3 tbsp. crushed graham crackers
Mix the ingredients for the rim together on a shallow plate. Dip the edge of two short glasses in a small puddle of Kahlua on a plate and then dip into the graham+sugar mixture. Press to coat and move the glass in small circles to ensure enough sticks to the glass. Set the two glasses aside. Pour vodka, creamer and Kahlua into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake lightly until cold. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream or marshmallow fluff and finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
