Lemon and Rosemary Clovis Collins

Instead of a typical Tom Collins glass, we used a stubby glass that is shaped more like Clovis the Frenchie. Whip up your own rosemary simple syrup for an extra tasty concoction!

Ingredients:
3 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka
3 oz fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice
sparkling water or soda divided
1 oz rosemary simple syrup
lemon slices
rosemary sprigs
Directions
Combine vodka, Meyer Lemon juice and rosemary simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and pour evenly into 2 lowball (stubby like Clovis the Frenchie) glasses filled with ice. Top with sparkling water or soda and garnish with lemon and rosemary sprigs.
* To make rosemary simple syrup: In a quart pan add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Simmer until sugar is completely dissolved and strain into glass jar. May store up to 2 weeks in refrigerator in a sealed jar.
