Lemon and Rosemary Clovis Collins

TODDI SMALL BATCH VODKA

Lemon and Rosemary Clovis Collins

Instead of a typical Tom Collins glass, we used a stubby glass that is shaped more like Clovis the Frenchie. Whip up your own rosemary simple syrup for an extra tasty concoction!

Time:

15 min

Serves:

2

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka

  • 3 oz fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice

  • sparkling water or soda divided

  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup

  • lemon slices

  • rosemary sprigs

Directions

Combine vodka, Meyer Lemon juice and rosemary simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and pour evenly into 2 lowball (stubby like Clovis the Frenchie) glasses filled with ice. Top with sparkling water or soda and garnish with lemon and rosemary sprigs.

* To make rosemary simple syrup: In a quart pan add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Simmer until sugar is completely dissolved and strain into glass jar. May store up to 2 weeks in refrigerator in a sealed jar.
