In a tall, chilled beer mug or glass, combine the cream soda, vanilla cream vodka, butterscotch schnapps and the butter extract. Mix well. In a large bowl add the whipping cream and, with a mixer, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add the marshmallow fluff and amaretto. Continue beating the mixture until hard peaks form. After the hard peaks form, place a dollop of the cream on top the butter beer.
