Brushfire’s Prickly Pear Punch

If you haven’t tried products from Brushfire Farms, you’re missing out. Based in San Antonio, they pick their own tunas (fruit of the prickly pear cactus) in South Texas for their Prickly Pear syrup. They offer a variety of spicy jellies great for basting or eating over cream cheese orrrrrr in a cocktail!

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka
1.5 T Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear
1 ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1 ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
sparkling water
lemon flavored rimming sugar
Directions
Run a slice of lime around the rim of a pint glass, dip rim of glass into a plate with lemon sugar. Fill glass with ice. Pour Toddi Small Batch Vodka, prickly pear simple syrup, lime and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously so you’ll be sure to mix the syrup well. Pour over ice and drink up, y’all!.
