Blood Orange Martini

This is a delicious yet simple martini that’s also gorgeous. The addition of apricot preserves makes it over-the-top!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Toddi Small Batch Vodka or Toddi Lemon Lime Vodka

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • 2 blood oranges, juiced*

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • teaspoon room-temperature apricot preserves or jam

Directions

Use a chilled martini glass from freezer. Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, simple syrup, blood orange juice, lemon juice and apricot preserves. Shake well until combined, or about 30 seconds. Strain contents of shaker into chilled martini glass. Time for a Toddi!


*You may substitute regular fresh-squeezed orange juice, however, it will not have the dramatic red color.
